CrownBD is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. CrownBD reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close accounts that cannot confirm eligibility.
Each player is permitted one CrownBD account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, contact CrownBD support — do not create a new one.
All CrownBD bonuses come with wagering requirements and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
CrownBD only processes withdrawals to payment accounts registered in your name. You cannot withdraw to a bKash or Nagad account that belongs to someone else. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical errors, use fraudulent payment methods, or collude with other players will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. CrownBD monitors all activity.

By accessing or using the CrownBD platform at crownbd.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CrownBD.

To open and use a CrownBD account, you must meet all of the following requirements:
CrownBD reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
Each individual may hold only one CrownBD account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
When registering on CrownBD, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CrownBD login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. CrownBD will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CrownBD support immediately.
Note: CrownBD accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another person under any circumstances.
CrownBD accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on CrownBD are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees for players depositing in taka.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. CrownBD does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
By making a deposit on CrownBD, you confirm that the funds are yours and that you are not using any payment method that belongs to another person. Any deposit made using a fraudulent or unauthorised payment method will result in account suspension and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
CrownBD processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket accounts registered in the player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
Standard withdrawal requests on CrownBD are processed within one hour for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.
Verification: CrownBD may request a copy of your national ID or other documents to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
CrownBD offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers from time to time. All CrownBD bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.
If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may opt out at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your CrownBD account and wagering has begun, the bonus cannot be removed without also removing any associated winnings.
All games available on CrownBD — including Color Game, Crash, American Football, Darts, Leprechaun Riches, Jackpot Bingo, and Crazy 777 — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are independently audited and are not influenced by CrownBD or any third party.
Each game on CrownBD has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. CrownBD is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on CrownBD. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
CrownBD monitors all account activity and uses automated systems to detect suspicious behaviour. If your account is flagged, CrownBD may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted.
CrownBD reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or if required to do so by law.
If your CrownBD account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If the closure is not related to a breach — for example, if you choose to close your own account — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending verification is completed.
You may request the closure of your CrownBD account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, CrownBD can also apply a self-exclusion that prevents re-registration for a specified period.
